This will be the first time this event, that assembles Sign Language interpreters from most countries in the Americas is held. The Conferencia Latinoamericana y del Caribeña de Traductores, Intérpretes y Guías Intérpretes de Lenguas de Señas will gather professionals, students, and people from academia in an exchange of knowledge, experiences, best practices, and ideas to advance Sign Language interpreting throughout the region while developing the next generation of interpreters. This will be a great opportunity for spoken language interpreters to learn about the work our Sign Language colleagues do, improve our collaboration during events, and enhance our professional network.
